Announcing our
2023 MainStage Cast for THE SPONGEBOB MUSICAL

Sunday, May 21
Today I am so excited to announce the cast of our first MainStage production as Ridley Performing Arts Program. These children blew the staff away with their bravery, talent, and dedication during the difficult and challenging audition process.
Our show features 46 talented young actors led by Devon Tomassetti in the role of Spongebob. Alongside them are Carter Verlinghieri as Patrick Sta Jeanne Eppler as Sandy Cheeks, and Jake Fizzano as Squidward.

Those actors, along with their fellow brilliant featured/ensemble members, are expected to wow audiences July 28th-30th at Players Club of Swarthmore! Ticket information will be released within a few weeks!

Today I am pleased to announce that Paige Fiore has been selected as the new choreographer for RPAP's MainStage Show; The Spongebob Musical which will rehearse and be presented this Summer.
Meet Your Program Director
Ethan McKellar

Ethan McKellar is an award-winning theater and film director who is currently serving as RPAP's Program Director and Leadership Advisor. Ethan has directed and produced over a dozen theater and film productions most notably, The Lion King (Barnstormers Theater, 2022), 21st Century Love Story (Short-film w/F14 Entertainment), and Orphans (Barnstormers Theater, 2018).
Ethan began his directing career at Barnstormers Theater (Ridley Park PA) where he directed his one-act NO CONTROL. The one-act received rave reviews and would go on to win many awards including Best Production, Best Director, and Best Writing in an Orginal Play. Ethan was later asked to start and run Barnstormers Youth Theater in which under his leadership received Best Youth Theater Program in Delaware Country for three years.
After exiting BYT, Ethan alongside Kyleigh Bleacher founded Ridley Performing Arts Program. RPAP is a non-profit organization focused on leadership and teamwork skills through the power of theater. Ethan currently serves as the MainStage director for RPAP where he will direct The Spongebob Musical this Summer! He also serves as the Leadership Advisor who plans and executes the leadership curriculum within the program.
Ethan currently resides in New York City where he oversees his production company; F14 Entertainment. He is currently working on a new short film set to release in 2023.
