About
Founded in 2022 by Ethan McKellar and Kyleigh Bleacher, both long-time residents of Ridley Park PA. RPAP strives to create a great character on and off the stage, while also forming amazing leaders through the power of theater! With a focus on community service, our program teaches basic life skills through challenging, and fun programming and opportunities.

Mission
Our mission is to provide a fun, educational, and memorable theatrical experience, all while also teaching leadership, and teamwork skills. We aim to serve the Ridley Park community by providing entertainment, education, and service. We have a commitment to offering an inclusive experience to those from all different backgrounds.
Vision
Ridley Performing Arts Program is a youth theater education program focused on creating exceptional leaders in the community. The program will elevate the communities interest and awareness of the arts. Ridley Performing Arts Program will serve ages 6 to 18. We aim to offer affordable and accessible programming.



Objectives

Build a comprehensive marketing and branding strategy.

Recruit talented, qualified staff and instructors to educate within our program.

Work closely with fundraising chair, and engage with local businesses to raise funds.

Offer leadership opportunities within the program, and ensure there is an educational program surrounding the leadership experience within RPAP.

Offer affordable accessible theater to performers and audience members.

Engage in community service both from our program and partnering with other community orginzations.
